1p36 Deletion Support & Awareness Logo Usage Policy

Purpose of Policy: To insure that 1p36 Deletion Support & Awareness’s logo is properly used. The logo reflects the organization’s image and character. Use of the logo should always be for the purpose of furthering the organization’s mission.

1. 1p36 Deletion Support & Awareness is the sole owner of it’s present and past logos. All use of either logo by any entity or individual must be first expressly approved in writing by 1p36 DSA's board of trustees.

2. No person or entity other than 1p36 Deletion Support & Awareness may profit from any use of the 1p36 DSA logos unless first expressly approved in writing by 1p36 DSA's board of trustees. Use includes, but is not limited to, placing the logo on products, printed material, or electronic communications.

3. 1p36 DSA recognizes that the families it serves want to share their connection and promote the organization either through their personal blogs and social network communications or by displaying or wearing products with the logo. 1p36 DSA encourages promoting the organization in this way but any use of the logo that indicates improper representation of the organization is not allowed. 1p36 Deletion Support & Awareness operates a web store where products with the 1p36 DSA logo can be purchased at http://www.1p36dsa.org/1p36-dsa-store/. 4. Use of the logo should always maintain the original proportions, positioning, and coloring of the logo without any significant distortions to its appearance. Generally, the only modification to the logo should be a change in size. If a change in size is necessary, the logo should still have the same quality resolution as the original.
