1p36 DSA Conference Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

1p36 Deletion Support & Awareness is providing 4, $600 scholarships to attend the 2014 1p36 DSA conference in Cincinnati/Mason, OH between July 17-20th, 2014.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must be your first time attending a 1p36 DSA conference

2. Must have a child or personally be affected with 1p36 Deletion Syndrome.

3. Applicant would not be able to attend the conference without financial support (no income verification required).

4. Must Complete and submit scholarship application by the due date listed below

5. After attending conference, applicant must write a small/brief  article for the 1p36 DSA newsletter about their experience within 30 days of the conference.

6. Applicant must agree that all scholarship money awarded be used solely for the purpose of food, transportation, registration and lodging to attend the 2014 1p36 Deletion Support & Awareness conference.

7. Please do not apply unless you are certain you can attend if you are awarded the scholarship.
